We produce our collections in small, thoughtfully managed batches. While a few styles are available for immediate dispatch, others may require production before shipping. Product availability is reflected at the time of your order.
How long will my order take?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability.
In-stock styles: usually delivered within 5–7 business days.
Made-to-order styles: may take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.

Can I customize my order?
At the moment, QYN does not offer customization. Each garment is designed with a specific fit and construction to ensure the intended silhouette and quality.
